We just wanted to say "Thank You" for the lovely package you prepared for our loving cat Bandit. We had Bandit for 21 years and she was a great little gal. Your memorial package will never be forgotten. While in Florida, we lived in four locations. We Visited all four locations and sprinkled her ashes at each location. It was final closure.

Grieving the loss of Keriann, our Jack Russell of 16 1/2 years, has been one of the hardest things we ever had to do. When we received the Rainbow Crossing Package we were comforted in a way that words cannot express. The special care that went into putting that package together, with all of the wonderful messages and words of comfort, was such a gift and not what we ever expected. This is so hard and most people don't understand -but Rainbow Crossing totally "gets it" and made this process bearable - and even healing. Thank you!!!

Words alone can never express my gratitude for the immediate love and care you showed for Nobu and I. From the second I walked in the door and you said, \"you can place Nobu in the basket\" to the hours you spent listening to me and our story! This was the hardest day of my life to date, and because of your love and gentle spirit, I found comfort in knowing Nobu would be handled with love and dignity! Nobu\'s spirit and story will carry on and hopefully with NOBU\'S LAW we will have a part in putting an end to PUPPY MILLS and unnecessary deaths of these precious pups.

Your care and attention to detail was tremendous and showed by the loving way I received Molly when I picked her up. You even placed a beautiful candle, poem, pin and more in the package.

We can't say enough about Jennifer Collins and how she handled the loss of 2 of our five beloved dogs. We have 3 remaining with us and will use Jennifer to give them the proper send off.
Kako was 14 and Haley died at 10. We could not trust anyone to cremate them but our Veterinarian Dr. Bob Buzzetti of Imperial Point Animal Hospital recommended "A Rainbow Crossing."
Our ashes were in a beautiful wooden box for each pet, along with a beautiful poem and seeds to grow "Forget Me Not Flowers" for each of our canines. We lost both of our dogs within 3 months apart and it was so tough.
Anyone that has ever loved a pet will love this service, and especially the owner Jennifer Collins.
We love you Jen and while we are not happy to have met you under the circumstances, we are comforted to know you will be there for us three more times!!

Hello Jen. I just wanted to reach out to thank you for the compassion and respectfulness you treated both Chippy and Chancellor with. In all my 20+ years of being involved with animal rescue and having so many elderly animals that met their final hour, I was never so moved as to when I received my package from Jen with Tyler's remains.
